Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate service jobs, technicians and site mobilisations Manage customer communication, site access, travel and job requirements Track WIP, warranty work, recurring jobs and outstanding tasks Maintain accurate job information and documentation in SimPRO Support invoicing, progress claims and general service administration Skills Experience: Experience in service coordination, scheduling or job administration Background in a technical, engineering, industrial or trade environment Strong organisation,
