Our client is seeking a Trainee Seafood Processor to join their busy seafood production and retail team in Myaree .
This hands-on role involves preparing premium fresh seafood to the highest quality standards while supporting daily production and customer service in a commercial food preparation environment.
Whether you're an experienced Fish Filleter or bring transferable skills from a commercial kitchen, busy bar and restaurant, or food manufacturing background, training is available for the right person.

organised and safe work environment Front of House customer service during peak service times Support and maintain high quality product presentation and hygiene standards About You Previous experience as a Fish Filleter, Seafood Processor, Meat Processsor or within a commercial kitchen, food production or food manufacturing environment Solid knife skills and confidence handling fresh food products Excellent attention to detail with pride in producing quality work Reliable, punctual and available to work weekends as part of a rotating roster Able to work efficiently in a fast production environment A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a close-knit team If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in producing quality fresh food, we'd love to hear from you.
