Working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, build talent pipelines, deliver exceptional candidate experiences and provide expert recruitment advice across the organisation.

The responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles within Care at Home Partner with Hiring Managers to develop attraction and sourcing strategies Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks and compliance activities Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates through multiple channels Provide recruitment advice and support best-practice hiring across VMCH.
What's required Previous experience in agency, internal or high-volume recruitment environments Robust sourcing skills across multiple recruitment platforms and channels Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and HR technology platforms Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
