The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional and patient-focused General Practitioner to join our growing team.
This role involves providing comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions.
Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive patient consultations, assessments and clinical examinations Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions Ordering, reviewing and interpreting appropriate investigations Prescribing and reviewing medications within scope of practice Providing preventive healthcare, health assessments and lifestyle advice Chronic disease management and ongoing patient care Women's, men's,



paediatric and family medicine Coordinating referrals to specialists and allied health professionals Providing appropriate follow-up and continuity of care Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Working collaboratively with allied health and other healthcare professionals Maintaining compliance with relevant clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements and professional standards Participating in quality improvement and professional development activities Patient Services Funding Streams The practice is planned to provide: General practice and primary care Medicare-rebatable services where applicable Bulk-billed consultations where applicable Private consultations TAC services WorkSafe services Chronic disease management Preventive health Women's and men's health Paediatric and family medicine General medical assessments and ongoing care Why Join Us?

Experience working with diverse patient populations and across chronic disease management, women's health, men's health, paediatrics, TAC or WorkSafe patients will be highly regarded.
