Oversee service quality, supervise and mentor lawyers, maintain a small, complex caseload, and build team capability using a trauma-informed, feminist framework.
How You'll Make a Difference Lead, supervise, and mentor local and remote legal teams Oversee legal caseloads and maintain high compliance standards Guide practitioners through complex matters and court appearances Deliver trauma-informed advice across family law, domestic violence, and child protection Coordinate professional development, performance reviews, and training What You'll Bring Bachelor of Laws and unrestricted QLD/High Court Practising Certificate Minimum 5 years post-admission legal experience Blue Card (Working with Children) and C Class Driver Licence Expertise in family law, domestic violence, and child protection Proven ability to mentor, supervise, and build team capability Benefits In return for your expertise and leadership, you'll receive an above-award salary of $125,090 – $143,420 + *****% Super ,
