Real Estate Property Facilities Manager Brisbane Permanent / Full Time Posted: 15/9/2026 $125,000-$135,000 p/a Lead facilities operations and compliance for a commercial property portfolio Drive tenant and contractor relationships to ensure service excellence Support sustainability, reporting, and national property initiatives Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager to join a leading national property investment and management group focused on delivering high-quality property solutions across it's portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial assets.
We're seeking an individual with previous or current experience overseeing facilities management operations, compliance, and contractor relationships within a property portfolio and preferably on the owner side.
Working as part of a wider Brisbane based FM team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of programmed and reactive maintenance, compliance, and tenant and contractor relationships.
You will also contribute to property acquisition due diligence, sustainability initiatives, and national projects, while ensuring all systems and reporting requirements are met.




The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and maintaining high standards across the portfolio.
