Catseye Pool Club on Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team in a Chef Hat-awarded, seafood-focused restaurant overlooking Catseye Beach.
Working closely with Head Chef, you will lead daily operations, mentor junior chefs, manage sections, assist with rostering and stock control, and contribute to menus while upholding sustainable kitchen practices.
