This Max term part-time 0.8 EFT role until 27th June ****, offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future of community-based aged care.About the RoleReporting to the Service Impact and Development Manager, the Project Coordinator - Support at Home will coordinate and support the successful implementation of the Australian Government's Support at Home Program and broader aged care reforms across AccessHC.You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive project activities, support organisational readiness, facilitate service improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with evolving legislative and funding requirements.
