Your Time to Shine
The Apprentice Liaison Officer (ALO) provides a specialist case management approach to servicing Apprentice(s) and their Employers undertaking trade training through TAFE SA.
Working closely within a dedicated Education Program the ALO will manage a high caseload of clients with a primary focus on the Apprentice/Student to support, connect and guide them in navigating their Apprenticeship journey alongside TAFE SA's trade specific course delivery arrangements.
What You'll Bring
Experience building and maintaining internal and external relationships across the Australian Apprenticeship and/or VET sector, including influencing change and supporting student/case management approaches.
Highly developed communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills, with the ability to provide tailored advice and work effectively with diverse client and student cohorts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities, drive continuous improvement,
and analyse complex information to provide compliant, solution-focused recommendations.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
