Reduce unnecessary coupling to Cards source systems.

Build cloud-native solutions on DHP/AWS.
Establish CI/CD, automated testing and observability standards.
Improve application resilience and security.
Lead complex production troubleshooting.
Mentor Senior Software Engineers.
