Norton Gold Fields is seeking an experienced
Mobile Crushing Superintendent
to join our Crushing & Haulage team at Binduli.
Reporting to the Crushing & Haulage Manager, you will lead the day-to-day performance of our mobile crushing operations, providing direction and support to Crushing Coordinators, Supervisors and operational crews.
This is a key leadership role focused on safe production, operational efficiency, team development and cost control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor and support the mobile crushing leadership and operational teams.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
Coordinate crushing crews and ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
Drive the safe achievement of production, utilisation and cost targets while monitoring crushing performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and output.
Manage mobile crushing contractors, including safety, compliance, performance and claims.
Support the development of operational budgets, forecasts and production plans.
Implement agreed performance-improvement strategies and operational changes.
Maintain adequate aggregate stock levels to support operational requirements.
Prepare clear production,
performance and project-progress reports.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE
At least 10 years' experience within mobile crushing operations.
Relevant Statutory Supervisor qualifications,
including BSBWHS411 and BSBWHS414.
Demonstrated experience leading mobile crushing teams.
Robust technical knowledge of crushing equipment, processes and operating parameters.
Experience optimising crushing performance and achieving production targets.
Exposure to crushing plant commissioning.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience managing budgets, costs and contractor performance.
Good computer skills across spreadsheets, presentations, word processing and database systems.
