About the Role You will be involved in a variety of asphalt and civil works, including: Asphalt laying and finishing Operating hand tools and equipment Assisting paving crews and machinery operators Road maintenance and construction projects General labouring and site preparation Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment What We're Looking For Essential Requirements Previous experience in asphalt, road construction, road maintenance, or civil earthworks White Card Current Driver's Licence Reliable transport to and from work Strong commitment to safety Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically fit and capable of manual labour Reliable, punctual,
