The Role The successful Science Teacher will join the school's teaching team on a full-time contract commencing January **** and continuing until the end of the academic year .
You will be responsible for: Teaching Science across Years 7–12 , with flexibility depending on experience and subject specialism Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated and curriculum-aligned lessons Developing students' scientific knowledge, inquiry skills and critical thinking Delivering practical experiments and maintaining high laboratory safety standards Creating an engaging,
inclusive and positive classroom environment Monitoring student progress and supporting academic development Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning and faculty initiatives Contributing to the broader life of the school and its community Supporting the school's values and commitment to student wellbeing Teachers with a specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics are particularly encouraged to apply.
