About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and dedicated Aged or Disabled carer to provide person-centred support to people living with disability in Alice Springs.
Key Duties Provide personal and daily living support based on individual needs and care plans.
Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and meals.
Support independence, social participation and community engagement.
Assist clients with recreational and community activities.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Monitor and report changes in clients' wellbeing and support needs.




Maintain accurate records and client confidentiality.
Promote dignity, choice, independence and safety.
Work respectfully with clients, families, Aboriginal communities and health professionals.
Essential Requirements At least 1 to 2 years of relevant disability support or community care experience.
Relevant qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services or a related field, where applicable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to person-centred and culturally respectful support.
Current driver's licence, where required.
Ability to obtain required police and employment screening clearances.
