Job Description What will you do?
Working alongside another ECT and a Co-Educator, your role involves collaborating with families, assessing children's development, and fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for small groups of children Work closely with the ECT and Co-Educator to create a warm and inclusive environment Observe, document, and support each child's growth and development Build positive relationships with children, families, and the team Maintain a safe and happy learning space that encourages curiosity and confidence Qualifications Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor's degree and registration as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) with VIT Holistic approach to working with children, demonstrating commitment to their rights and development Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to critically reflect and collaborate effectively Current Senior First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Australian work rights Additional Information What's in it for you?
