About the role As a Food Beverage Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each and every guest has a memorable stay.
This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team, encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events.
Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a team-oriented team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
Specifically, this role will involve: Demonstrating high standards of customer service Receiving orders and serving customer requests Understanding menu content, and any changes or promotional activations Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-prepared service area Preparing of mise-en-place What are we looking for?
Previous experience in crafting quality barista style coffees Must have a current and valid Victorian 'Responsible Service of Alcohol' certificate Experience working in a restaurant, bar or function space is required Thrive in a fast-paced environment Have a friendly, positive,
