The exciting opportunity as our Clinical Nurse Manager: Joint clinical responsibility of our 61-bed Grafton aged care home Provide sound clinical leadership; mentor and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service Uphold an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided The many benefits: Fantastic support from a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing,
