The Candidate:



Previous experience in commercial property management OR strong experience in residential property management Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License Own car and driver's license Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage conflict resolution Your Role: Manage a clean and structured portfolio of commercial and industrial properties Prepare and manage commercial leases Negotiate lease renewals and ensure seamless transitions Maintain accurate records in RP Office Monitor and follow up on rental arrears to keep accounts on track Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests Prepare rent calculations and outgoing forecasts Conduct annual rent increases and market rent reviews Receive strong admin support to assist with day-to-day tasks If you are an experienced Property Manager looking to transition into commercial or already have commercial experience and want to join a highly regarded, stable business, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
