Lead benefits management activities for a major ICT transformation program Contract through to 30 June **** with a 12-month extension option Engage with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making A Federal Government organisation is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to play a key role in a significant ICT program.
Working across program, business, technical and executive stakeholder groups, you will establish and manage benefits frameworks, governance arrangements and reporting processes to ensure successful benefits realisation and business outcomes.
The successful Perks Manager will be offered an initial contract through to 30 June **** with a 12-month extension option .
The successful Benefits Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: Developing and implementing benefits management frameworks and benefits realisation plans aligned to program objectives.
Leading the identification, definition and measurement of benefits, dis-benefits, assumptions and dependencies.
Establishing governance processes, reporting frameworks, KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting artefacts.




Providing strategic advice to program leadership while monitoring benefits realisation progress and recommending corrective actions.
The successful Benefits Manager will have experience in the following: Demonstrated experience delivering benefits management for large-scale programs, transformations or ICT-enabled business change initiatives.
Proven ability to develop and manage Benefits Realisation Plans, governance frameworks and reporting structures.
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills, including experience working with senior executives.
Experience developing performance measures, KPIs, baselines and benefits tracking mechanisms, supported by excellent written communication skills.
