Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred, trauma-informed care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Support clients in managing behaviours associated with AOD and behaviours of concern.
Promote safety, empowerment, and recovery-oriented practices in all interactions.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and holistic care.
Document and report on client progress in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Essential Criteria: Demonstrated experience working in mental health, particularly with individuals with complex needs.
Sound understanding and application of trauma-informed care principles.
Experience supporting individuals who exhibit behaviours of concern.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Valid CPR certification (HLTAID009).
Australian Drivers License and vehicle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Desirable: Relevant qualifications in Mental Health, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field.
Knowledge of NDIS processes and support planning.
