Due to continued portfolio growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a quality commercial portfolio and become part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
This is a genuine career opportunity for an accomplished Commercial Property Manager seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the support of an experienced leadership team.
The Opportunity Managing a well-maintained commercial portfolio of approximately 100 leases, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assets while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
You will enjoy a high level of autonomy while working within an established property management structure that values professionalism, accountability, and client service.
Key Responsibilities End-to-end commercial property management Managing landlord and tenant relationships Lease administration and compliance oversight Rent reviews,
