We have a rare opportunity for a Manager Information Technology to join our IT leadership team at our Mascot Head Office.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director IT, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of our high-value Critical Inventory Logistics (CIL) systems.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers' highly sensitive logistics requirements and our enterprise technology solutions.
Your work will directly impact time-critical supply chains across key industries like healthcare, aviation, and high-tech manufacturing.
What You'll Be Doing End-to-End System Ownership: Lead the strategic design, development, and rollout of our CIL software platforms to meet complex customer and operational needs.
Technical Project Management: Plan, organise, and direct major IT systems implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on-schedule and within budget.
Collaborative Solutioning: Partner closely with business analysts, clients, and technical IT teams to translate commercial logistics requirements into robust software features.
Systems Integration: Maintain and optimize specialised Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), tracking systems, and inventory allocation models.
What We're Looking For Proven Domain Expertise: You bring at least 7 years of direct experience in Critical Inventory Logistics (CIL) or supply chain services management and analysis.
Deep Tech Knowledge: Comprehensive working knowledge of specialized IT systems used in high-intensity supply chain, warehouse management,
or CIL environments.
Strong Credentials: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Exceptional Communication: Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex business rules and explain technical roadmaps to senior executives.
