With plenty happening across the business, they're looking for someone who can take the reins of their content and bring a fresh, creative approach to how they show up online.
This is not a role where you'll be handed a rigid content calendar and told to tick boxes.
There's genuine scope to bring ideas to the table and make the role your own.
The Position This is a hands-on content role covering everything from coming up with the idea through to filming, editing and getting it live.
You'll create content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital channels , capturing everything from property projects and site updates through to team, behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content.
You'll have plenty of creative freedom to test new ideas,



stay across trends and develop a social presence that actually feels authentic to the business.
There's also scope to get involved across wider marketing activity, photography and videography, giving you a role with plenty of variety rather than being stuck doing the same thing every day.
The Criteria Previous experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing Confident filming and creating short-form video content Comfortable using CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn Creative eye with a natural feel for what makes positive content Confident getting on-site and capturing content in the moment Strong written communication and attention to detail Organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously An interest in property, development, construction, design or lifestyle would be highly regarded For a confidential discussion, call Simone on ************ Or simply click APPLY NOW.
