City is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a large portfolio of Coles Supermarkets and Liquor stores .
This leadership role is responsible for managing a geographically dispersed technical team, driving operational performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service outcomes for our partner.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager you will lead approximately ***** direct reports and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure maintenance programs, budgets, safety standards, and service delivery targets are consistently achieved.

and company requirements Build and maintain solid relationships with Coles stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives and asset enhancement programs Support project delivery, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to your team About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Tertiary or trade qualifications with relevant licences Minimum 5 years' experience within facilities maintenance, retail services, building services, or a related sector Strong technical understanding of building systems including electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance Demonstrated experience leading and developing operational or technical teams Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and service partners Strong financial acumen, including budgets, cost control, and performance reporting Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to balance operational priorities across multiple sites and locations Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
