The opportunity
Gowrie hasbeen selected at the provisional provider of a new early learning services inCraigieburn as part of the Victorian Government's Kindergarten on School Sitesprogram.




Located in the northwest area of Craigieburn,our new service will provide free sessional kindergarten for 3–4-year-oldsin ****.
This expansion allows us to provide high-quality early learning to morechildren and families in the Hume community and to build robust and lastingrelationships with children, families, schools, and the local early childhoodcommunity.
We'relooking for a Kindergarten Manager to join our team in ensuring the successof these new services.
The Kindergarten Manager will act as NominatedSupervisor and Educational Leader, alongside their role as a qualified EarlyChildhood Teacher (ECT).
You'll bring experience in a leadership role withinthe early childhood sector, alongside current VIT registration and recentteaching experience.
You'll lead, coach, and inspire a team of ECTs andeducators in developing and implementing a high-quality pedagogical programwith responsibility for compliance, people management and enrolments at theservice.
