THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manufacturing Team Member to join our team based in Yatala.
Working as part of our manufacturing operation, you'll help produce high-quality EPS products used across the construction and building industry.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll operate equipment, ensure product quality and contribute to the safe and efficient running of our site.
Whether you're already working in manufacturing or looking to build a long‐term career in the industry, we'll provide training and support to help you succeed.
This is a full‐time day shift role, working 5:00am - 1:06pm Monday - Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating EPS block moulding machinery and associated equipment
Following production specifications and machine settings
Monitoring product quality and manufacturing standards
Performing general housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
Assisting with continuous improvement and production activities
Participating in equipment and skills training
Working collaboratively with team members across the site
Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality

Forklift licence

Reliable attendance and punctuality
The ability to work effectively within a team workplace




A willingness to learn new equipment and processes
Manufacturing or machine operation experience
Experience working in production or industrial environments
