The Venue & Role: Elevate the Experience
We are seeking an energetic, highly experienced Precinct Manager to lead front-of-house operations at the C.Y. O'Connor Precinct in Piara Waters, a premier destination spanning five distinct venues, from a high-volume pub to a signature steakhouse.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will hold ultimate accountability for guest experience, team culture, and financial performance.
Partnering closely with the Executive Chef, you'll connect FOH and BOH operations to champion our farm-to-table vision.
If you excel in fast-paced environments, mentor with passion, and know how to drive profit through tight workflow and inventory control, you'd be a perfect fit.
Your Key Responsibilities
Leadership:
Lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Serve as the primary contact for all service, compliance and hospitality matters.
Operational Efficiency:
Take ownership of front-of-house operations, managing inventory and roster scheduling to consistently hit COGS and wage targets.
Team Development:
Champion a culture of learning by upskilling staff on product knowledge, service techniques, and beverage preparation.
Customer Experience:
Lead the floor during service, setting the standard for a warm welcome and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the MFH quality.




What You'll Bring to the Team
Industry Experience:
Proven track record leading multiple high-volume venues (bars, bistros, or restaurants), ideally within a precinct model.
Thrives in f ast-paced environments a nd leads comfortably under pressure.
A Passion for Product:
A genuine interest in food/ beverage trends and local produce, with creative flair.
Operational Mindset:
You have a head for numbers and organisation, ready to tackle stock control and operational efficiency with accuracy.
Leadership Potential:
You are a natural coach who enjoys upskilling others, fostering a collaborative culture and leading by example on the floor.
Mandatory Requirements
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Current Food Handlers Certificate.
Valid Unrestricted Approved Manager Card (or willingness to complete it)
Chemform Training Certificate.
