The Role We are seeking experienced Plastic Extruders / Extrusion Operators to join a well-established plastics manufacturing company in North Brisbane.
12-hour shifts, 7am–7pm, Monday - Friday 4 days on / 4 days off once trained Excellent pay + shift loading Permanent full time stability Great work-life balance Key Responsibilities Program and operate production machinery Apply knowledge of polymers, additives and other materials Monitor extrusion processes and product quality Set and adjust machinery as required Troubleshoot basic production and mechanical issues Follow safety and quality procedures The Candidate Experience in plastics manufacturing or extrusion PET film, blown film, tube or pipe extrusion experience highly regarded Strong mechanical aptitude Reliable, safety-focused and quality-driven Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts Ready for a better roster and strong earning potential?
