Are you an AIN, PCA, Assistant in Nursing or experienced aged care professional looking for a role that offers meaningful work, flexibility and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with your clients?
Join integratedliving as a Community Support Worker and use your care skills to support older Australians to remain independent, safe and connected in their own homes .
This is a great opportunity for AINs who are looking to take their experience beyond a residential setting and enjoy the variety and personal connection that comes with community aged care.
We're looking for compassionate and reliable people to join our team across Bateau Bay and surrounding areas on a part-time contract of 50 hours per fortnight .

Bateau Bay | Long Jetty | Blue Bay | Killarney Vale | Tumbi Umbi | Glenning Valley | Berkeley Vale | Chittaway Bay We're also recruiting across: Tuggerah | Wyong | Mardi | Tacoma | Alison | Tacoma South | Rocky Point You'll primarily support clients within your local community, helping you build meaningful connections with the people and communities around you.
What will you be doing?
As a Community Support Worker, you'll use your care experience to provide personalised support that helps clients remain independent and enjoy life in their own homes.
Your day may include: Personal Care: Supporting clients with showering, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs.
Medication Support: Supporting clients with their medication routines in line with their care plans.
Domestic Assistance: Helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
Meal Preparation: Preparing meals and supporting healthy eating routines.
Transport Community Access: Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping and community activities.
Companionship: Building genuine relationships and providing social connection.
Promoting Independence: Encouraging clients to make their own choices and maintain their confidence and independence.
Individualised Support:



Following care plans and working as part of a wider team to provide quality care.
AINs — your experience matters here If you're currently working as an AIN, PCA, Assistant in Nursing, Personal Care Worker or in residential aged care , your experience can be a great fit for community aged care.
You'll have the opportunity to: Build one-on-one relationships with clients Support people in their own homes and communities Enjoy more variety in your working day Make a visible difference to your clients' quality of life Take your existing care skills into a community setting What you'll bring A genuine passion for caring for older people and supporting their independence Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Assistant in Nursing qualification or equivalent Previous experience in aged care, community care, disability or a similar care environment A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Willingness to obtain comprehensive car insurance, WWCC and First Aid/CPR A current NDIS check or police check no older than 6 months Confidence using smartphones and tablets Reliability, compassion and a positive attitude It's more than a job — it's care that comes to you.
