Yono Group Pty Ltd (Machi Machi Australia) is seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores.
This is a full-time position suited to someone with strong retail operations, team leadership and customer service experience.
Position: Shop Manager Location: Sydney, NSW Employment: Full-time Salary: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation Key Responsibilities ● Manage the day-to-day operations of the stores and ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
● Supervise, roster, train and support Beverage Attendants to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
● Monitor product mix, stock levels and inventory requirements to ensure sufficient supplies while minimising waste.
● Manage purchasing and liaise with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels and product availability.
● Monitor and analyse sales performance, operating expenses and other financial transactions.
● Prepare and manage store budgets and implement cost-control measures.
● Develop and implement pricing,



promotional and marketing activities in line with business objectives and brand requirements.
● Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, cleanliness and customer service.
● Handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints and ensure issues are resolved professionally.
● Maintain accurate records relating to stock, sales and store operations.
● Ensure stores comply with workplace health and safety, food safety and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Skills and Experience ● At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail, hospitality or store management.
● Qualification in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
● Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
● Positive understanding of stock control, sales performance and day-to-day retail operations.
● Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage a busy retail environment.
