The Company A well established organisation is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their busy, patient-focused practice.
This is a full time, front-of-house position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, suited to someone who understands the pace and priorities of a dental environment and enjoys delivering a warm, professional patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients and providing a welcoming first point of contact Managing the appointment book Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries professionally and efficiently Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting general administration Processing payments and handling billing/receipting Liaising with clinicians and the wider team About you - To be successful, you'll bring: Dental reception experience OR dental practice knowledge (essential) Confidence using dental practice management systems (e.g., EXACT, Dental4Windows, Core Practice or similar) Strong customer service and communication skills (in-person and over the phone) Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask A reliable,
