Norton Gold Fields Limited is seeking a Drill and Blast Foreman to lead daily open-pit drill and blast operations across the mine plan.
You will drive safety, productivity and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing team.
You will mentor supervisors, coordinate with planning, production and geology teams, and monitor KPIs to optimise fragmentation and reduce ore loss.
This role is FIFO from Perth with 8:6 rosters and competitive allowances.
