Key Responsibilities
Communicate with and build professional relationships with prospective clients.
Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and video calls.
Support client communication, engagement, and follow-up activities.
Participate in business development activities using established systems and processes.
Support relevant sales and marketing activities as part of the client engagement process.
Manage activities independently while following established systems, processes, and organisational guidelines.
Participate in ongoing professional, business, and leadership development.
What You Bring




A background in education, teaching, training, facilitation, or learning and developmentGood interpersonal and communication skills.A desire to connect with people.Good organisational and time-management skills.Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.A professional and proactive approach.
Experience
Five or more years of professional experience in education, teaching, training or facilitation.Strong organisational and time-management abilities.Confidence communicating with people across different channels.Familiarity with online platforms and digital systems is an advantage but not essential.The ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.

Compensation is performance-based and determined by individual results.
