Up to $80K + Super One paid Friday off every month in addition to your annual leave Great hours – 8:30am–4:30pm Monday to Friday Saturdays on rotation Clear progression from Leasing into Property Management or Sales Work across an established **** + property rent roll Support from a PM Assistant with condition reports Established systems and processes Fun, close knit team The Role You'll manage leasing across a large and established rent roll.
Your responsibilities will include:



Conducting approximately 10 open for inspections per week Managing prospective tenant enquiries and applications Liaising with renters and Property Managers throughout the leasing process Completing condition reports, with support from a PM Assistant Coordinating leasing activity across the portfolio Providing a high level of service to prospective renters and clients Keeping leasing records and systems up to date Working with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate About You You must have Real estate experience to be considered for this role.
A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate Previous leasing or property experience Strong communication and people skills Great organisation and time management Confidence working independently and managing a busy schedule A positive, team-focused attitude Why make the move?
