About the Role As a Restoration Technician, you will attend residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, storm, mould, and accidental damage events.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, solving problems, and helping people through challenging situations.
Your responsibilities will include: Emergency make-safe works Water extraction and flood restoration Installation and monitoring of drying equipment Mould remediation and containment setup Strip-outs and demolition of damaged building materials Detailed moisture mapping and documentation Thermal imaging inspections Contents handling and cleaning Completing job reports, photos, and site documentation Providing exceptional customer service to clients during stressful situations Participating in an after-hours on-call roster About You To be successful in this role, you will possess (not limited to): IICRC qualifications (WRT, AMRT, FSRT) Experience in restoration, building, construction, demolition,



or insurance repairs Experience operating drying equipment Current Driver's Licence White Card Working with Children Check Strong work ethic and positive attitude Good level of physical fitness and capable of manual labour Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and within a team Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented Ability to pass a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
