Main Responsibilities (must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume) You'll take full responsibility for day-to-day livestock operations across a feedlot scaling up to 20,000 head — leading stock husbandry, animal health, infrastructure, and compliance, and managing the movement of cattle through to processing.
You will lead and develop a high-performing livestock team, ensuring best practice standards in safety, animal welfare, and operational outcomes.
Harvest Road is moving Koojan Downs toward a genuinely green feedlot model — solar-powered, transitioning away from traditional fossil-fuel.
This role sits right at the centre of that shift.
