Company vehicle provided Call-out fees and penalty rates Training, qualifications and upskilling support About the Role We are currently seeking Restoration Technicians to support insurance restoration works across Sydney.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a construction, trade or maintenance background who enjoys problem-solving, working on-site and helping customers following fire, water, mould or storm damage.
Full training will be provided , with genuine opportunities for career progression.
You will attend residential and commercial properties across Sydney, assessing damage and carrying out restoration and remediation works.
Key Responsibilities Carry out water, mould, fire and storm damage restoration Complete strip-outs, drying, cleaning and remediation works Attend multiple job sites and communicate with customers Complete job documentation and electronic reporting Work closely with customers, insurers and internal teams Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment Assist with regional or interstate projects when required Skills Experience Construction White Card Full Australian Driver's Licence Trade, construction,



building or maintenance background preferred Restoration experience advantageous but not essential Comfortable working on-site and using tools/equipment Solid communication and customer service skills Reliable, practical and willing to learn What's On Offer Company vehicle provided Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm Overtime paid after 7.6 hours per day Call-out fees and penalty rates Working-away-from-home allowances Training, qualifications and upskilling support Clear career progression Relocation assistance available Sponsorship available for the right candidate Occasional call-outs and Saturday work may be required.
