Team Assistant Crowley Care | Ballina NSW Part-Time, 4 Days per Week (Tuesday to Friday Preferred) 8:30am - 5:00pm | On-site Position Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys helping others, building strong relationships and being part of a close-knit team?

We are seeking a Team Assistant to provide high-quality support to the CEO, Deputy CEO and broader leadership team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people and approaches their work with a genuine "how can I help?" mindset.
About Crowley Care Crowley Care been serving the Ballina community since **** and has grown from a traditional retirement village into a vibrant aged care provider offering residential aged care, independent living, home care and community support services.

About the Role Reporting to the Deputy CEO, this is a key support position that provides administrative, coordination and governance support across the organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with managers and teams across the organisation and become an significant member of the broader leadership support team.
No two days are likely to be the same.
You may be preparing board papers and agendas one day,



coordinating meetings and following up actions the next, and then assisting with projects, research or organisational initiatives.
Success in this role will come from being organised, adaptable, collaborative and willing to step in wherever support is needed.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO and Deputy CEO Prepare agendas, reports, presentations and meeting documentation and manage follow-up actions Coordinate meetings, provide minute taking and administrative support for advisory boards and committee meetings Contribute and support efficiency and effectiveness of systems, processes and services Assist managers with reporting and administrative requirements Support organisational projects and initiatives Assist with governance and compliance-related activities Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the leadership team To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Bring: Strong administration, executive support or coordination experience Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills Experience coordinating meetings and preparing professional documentation The ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands A proactive and solutions-focused approach Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships Ideally, you will also have experience in:



Board or committee support Minute taking Supporting senior leaders Project coordination Using technology and emerging AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity Why Join Crowley Care?
