An exciting opportunity exists within the North-Western Victoria Region as the School Improvement Program Support Officer within the Regional Operations team.
About this role:
This position supports the Senior Manager, Regional Operations and Early Childhood Quality, Participation and Access Manager in North-West Victoria Region with responsibilities including:
* Assisting with Diary Management.
* Procurement of venues and travel for regional events
* Secretariat functions
* Being part of the dynamic Regional Operations administration team
* supporting Early Childhood and Koorie Education Workforce.
While no specific qualification is required, to be effective in the role you need to:
* have demonstrated administrative skills or experience supporting an operational team
* be an empathetic and effective communicator
* have solid written communication skills
* have strong IT skills.
You'll be supported by positive and supportive team and gain exposure to a broad range of work.
