Exciting opportunity to lead a well-established education and social inclusion program Competitive remuneration + superannuation + salary packaging perks Ongoing professional development and partnership opportunities The Position The Clemente Program provides people who have experienced disadvantage with access to tertiary education through a unique partnership between St Vincent de Paul Society Canberra/Goulburn and the Australian Catholic University.
Since commencing in the ACT in ****, the program has supported students to re-engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their educational goals through the support of dedicated volunteer Learning Partners.
We are seeking a passionate and organised Clemente Officer to coordinate and manage all aspects of the program.
This role is responsible for working closely with students, volunteers, the Australian Catholic University, and community stakeholders to ensure the program delivers meaningful educational and social outcomes.
The position plays a key role in volunteer management, partnership development, program promotion, reporting, continuous improvement, and financial administration.
The successful candidate will be committed to social justice, education, and empowering people experiencing disadvantage to achieve their aspirations through learning and personal growth.
This is a permanent, part-time opportunity offering a minimum of 44 hours per fortnight, with work scheduled across Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
