The Protected Step is seeking a Senior Injury Management Advisor to cover a gap within a larger IM team for a minimum two months. You will oversee injury management, workers' compensation outcomes, fitness for work decisions and early intervention initiatives across a WA portfolio.
You will partner with insurers, treating practitioners and site leaders to ensure timely, compassionate support for injured workers while maintaining compliance and high-quality record keeping.
