Based at the Blacktown office, you will lead House Managers and Casework staff, ensure service standards, contractual requirements, and reporting are met, and foster solid partnerships with DCJ and other agencies.
You will drive trauma-informed practice, manage budgets, supervise teams, and maintain high-quality documentation.
