December **** About The Role: In this key role, you'll support students through evidence-based wellbeing programs and meaningful individual engagement that promotes participation, confidence, and growth.
As a Youth Support Officer, you will: Facilitate personal development programs to support student wellbeing and social skills Conduct one-on-one support sessions and help students set positive goals Monitor progress, document outcomes, and assist with feedback to improve delivery Build strong partnerships with the school, families, and service providers Be a consistent, caring presence for students navigating challenges About You: Experience supporting youth in education or community services Passionate about creating opportunities for young people to succeed Confident in program delivery and mentoring Organised and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills Mandatory requirements:
