About the role: Operating within School Operations , the Student Services team in the National School of Education is responsible for the following areas of work: .
Student Query handling including basic advice on unit selection based on course maps .
Timetabling and examinations process support including results and supplementary examination process .
Supporting Marketing and events on the local campus including open day and change of preference .
Supporting limited campus-based committees.
The Team Leader (Student Services)is responsible in liaison with the Senior Team Leader, Student Services for providing direction for the Student Services team.
This role will work closely with a range of stakeholders including the NSE Course Administration Team Leader, State and Deputy Heads on campus, Faculty Office, Student and Administration directorate to provide students a customer centric student experience throughout their journey at ACU.

Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata)



pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
