Job Summary Castlegate Family Practice Women's Health Clinic is seeking a VR General Practitioner to join our established mixed-billing practice in Woodvale, Perth.
We are looking for a GP who values flexibility, clinical independence and a supportive practice environment.
We are open to full-time, part-time, school-hours, selected sessions, Saturdays or locum arrangements , with an immediate start available.
The practice has an established patient base, strong ongoing demand and opportunities for doctors to develop their own clinical interests, including women's health, chronic disease management, mental health, preventative medicine and general family medicine.
Competitive percentage of billings with a negotiable initial hourly guarantee available.
Job Description As a General Practitioner at Castlegate Family Practice Women's Health Clinic, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred general practice care to an established and growing patient population.
You will have the flexibility to structure your sessions around your availability and preferred style of practice while being supported by an experienced reception, nursing and practice management team.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general practice consultations and ongoing patient care Diagnose, manage and monitor acute and chronic medical conditions Provide preventative healthcare, health assessments and screening Develop and manage individualised patient treatment plans Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists,

You will ideally have: Current AHPRA registration Fellowship of the RACGP, ACRRM or equivalent eligibility Current professional indemnity insurance Strong communication and patient-care skills Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based general practice Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Doctors with special interests in women's health, mental health, chronic disease, preventative health, men's health, workers compensation, skin medicine or family medicine are particularly encouraged to enquire.
