We're seeking an experienced
Branch Manager
to lead our Townsville operation. With approximately 85 employees, this is one of our larger and more complex branches and plays a critical role in servicing customers across North Queensland.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the branch, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations while delivering outstanding service to customers and strong commercial outcomes for the business.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading and developing a large operational team
Driving safety, compliance and operational excellence
Managing service performance and customer outcomes
Overseeing branch financial performance and cost control
Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing culture
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth
About You To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Significant experience within the transport and logistics industry
Proven success leading large teams in a quick-paced operational environment
Strong knowledge of transport safety and compliance requirements
Demonstrated commercial and financial management capability
Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
A leadership style that engages, motivates and develops people
A results-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
