To help us achieve this we are seeking applications from enthusiastic and proactive individuals wishing to commence an apprenticeship with us in ****.

You will be provided the prospect to participate in a knowledgeable, well-disciplined team working with a variety of equipment, technology and machinery.
Preferred candidates would have a demonstrated basic mechanical, carpentry or plumbing aptitude, current drivers' licence and a positive attitude.
Apprenticeships we may be able to offer: Apprentice Mechanic (Heavy Vehicle) Apprentice Carpenter Apprentice Plumber Essential Criteria: Safety culture and willingness to follow safe work procedures Have completed year 10 minimum / year 12 preferred (prior to commencement) High level of numerical ability General power tools experience Physically fit Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with the ability to work unsupervised as required Flexibility to adapt to varied work hours and rosters Current drivers' licence and own transport Barcaldine Regional Council is an equal opportunities employer and as such, we encourage any interested applicant to apply.
