We're looking for a Premium Hospitality Coordinator to join our Commercial team and support the delivery of premium hospitality experiences across NRL events.
The Role Reporting to the Manager – Premium Hospitality, you will coordinate allocated premium hospitality events and operational workstreams, including event planning, entertainment, suppliers, collateral, VIP support, itineraries and event-day requirements.
You will also lead the planning and delivery of one to two small-scale events (not limited to), working closely with internal teams, venues, suppliers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences for our guests and partners Key Responsibilities In this role you will: Coordinate the end-to-end planning and delivery of allocated small-scale hospitality events.
Maintain event project plans, templates,



documentation and delivery deadlines using Monday.com and SharePoint.
Develop accurate itineraries for VIP and premium hospitality products across major events.
Coordinate entertainment, talent, chaperones and suppliers, including musicians, floral, greenery and printing providers.
Prepare supplier briefs and coordinate event collateral, including menus, accreditation, place cards and buffet labels.
Support VIP invitation sends, RSVP reporting, waitlists and EventHub communications.
Coordinate operational requirements such as parking, crew catering, security briefs, radios, buggies and printers.
Develop event budgets and executive summaries in consultation with Sales, Delivery and Finance.
Support product and menu development and quality control to maintain consistent brand and guest standards.
Manage supplier contracts, quotes, purchase orders and accruals, ensuring approvals and financial records are accurate and up to date.
Monitor production schedules and ensure programming, entertainment, theming, VIP spaces and other event components remain on track.
Facilitate event lead meetings and maintain clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Manage memorabilia and inventory held within team storage facilities.




Provide general administrative and operational support to the broader Premium Hospitality team.
About You Ideally you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Administration, Event Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience coordinating hospitality, events, suppliers or comparable operational activities.
Strong planning, administration and stakeholder communication skills.
The ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accurate and current event information.
High attention to detail and a commitment to timely, high-quality delivery.
The ability to work collaboratively and adapt within a fast-paced event workplace.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and relevant event, project or ticketing systems.
Experience using Monday.com and SharePoint will be highly regarded.
