As a team, we leverage Agile ways of working to help our team develop their skills while also making sure our team is focusing on solving the most complex problems for both our customers and team.About this role:As online grocery fulfillment shifts across multi-tiered assets—ranging from capital-heavy automated Customer Fulfillment Centers (CFCs) to localised Store options—unregulated network demand degrades profitability. This role is vital because it determines how, when,
and where Woolworths exposes fulfillment availability to the consumer.Through tiered service strategies, window display rules, and fleet optimisations, this role ensures the network "sweats its assets" effectively, actively shifting volume to the most profitable fulfillment modes while protecting the baseline customer promise of speed and convenience.What you will do:Provide strategic and economic assessments of potential network opportunities and risks, working collaboratively with operations and commercial teams.Develop solutions to be implemented for the online delivery and collection network, with close attention to benefits and potential trade-offs.Act as a key liaison across all related operational, logistics, and development functions to deliver cost-effective solutions.12 month secondment opportunityWhat you will bring:Analyse network data to identify opportunities to leverage innovation supporting cost-efficiency solutions and customer experience enhancements.Manage capacity across all eCom fulfilment propositions in a state group.Play a lead role in strategic network robust but adaptable analysis models using MS Excel and SQL.Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the logistics network and recommendations for in the planning and day-to-day operation of the team by facilitating weekly planning/capacity forums, and assist in building out quarterly targets with state operations, transport, and individual store teams.Required Skills & ExperienceAt least 3–4 years of logistics network analytics, supply chain, retail,
