About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the service, including operations, compliance, team leadership and family engagement.
You'll play an important role in continuing to strengthen the service by supporting educators and creating a positive and accountable workplace culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators
Maintaining high standards across quality, compliance and educational practice
Building robust relationships with children, families and the local community
Supporting educator development, engagement and retention
Overseeing staffing, occupancy and day-to-day centre operations
Driving continuous improvement across the service
Working collaboratively with senior leadership to achieve positive outcomes
About You
We're looking for someone who brings strong operational knowledge together with genuine people leadership.
You'll ideally have:
Minimum Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous experience as a Centre Manager, or Assistant Manager
Strong knowledge of the NQS, EYLF and relevant legislation
Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confidence managing the operational requirements of a busy service
A practical and solutions-focused leadership style
Passion for high-quality Early Childhood Education and positive outcomes for children
